Family Vacation 2011: Pampa Tx and Amarillo TX

We drove to Pampa for our 1st family vacation of 2011. It was about an 8 hour drive and the kids did fairly well!
Just some sights we saw along the way!
When we went through Clarendon, TX it was the weekend that Cars 2 was opening in the Movie Theater. They had all these cars parked outside their Drive in Movie Theater dressed up like the characters.
Isaac thought this was the neatest thing.

We finally made it to Grandma Jo's and boy was that exciting.

 Happy Father's Day!!
We spent Father's Day in Pampa/Amarillo while we were on our vacation.
We attended Trinity Fellowship Church in Amarillo.
We missed the pastor as he was on vacation with his own family, but got to see our friend Billy Bob for a few minutes and just enjoy being in the congregation.

We spent 3 days in Pampa with Grandma Jo and Grandpa James.
The kids had a lot of fun.
They enjoyed playing in the backyard with Daisy the dog and running in the sprinkler and "swimming" in the dog's water bowl!
We went to the new water park in Pampa and the kids had a blast with Jack and Will.
They were wore out.

We spent the next 3 days in Amarillo at the Drury Inn and Suites with Mema.
We visited Gramps and Grama Joyce who drove all the way from Nebraska to see us.
It was Libby's first time to meet Gramps and Grama and Hadleigh and Isaac had not seen them since they were one!

We went to the Children's Museum in Amarillo with "Aunt" Ali, Jack, Will, Gramps, Grama and Mema. It was so cool. The kids watched Gramps "rope" the cow and got to blow the BIGGEST bubbles we have ever seen.

Mema kept all the little kids so the BIG kids could go out by ourselves.
She had SEVEN total including two babies!
I think she survived though.
These super hero's saved the day!
Jack, Isaac and Luke.
Our last night there we went to Wonderland Park in Amarillo, TX.
We used to go here when we were kids.
They all had a blast.
Isaac wanted to ride EVERY ride that he was big enough to ride.
So much fun.
I rode this ride with H & I and it was hysterical.
The loved it and Isaac LAUGHED the entire ride.
It was the only one we rode twice, they liked it so much.

Isaac and Jack became best buddies.
It was so fun to see the cousins playing together.
Wish we lived closer to each other so they could play more often.
